Easy to order, quick delivery

Needed some descaling solution and cleaning tablets for my PicoBaristo. Found them easily on the site. Ordering was a breeze, just a few clicks. It got here in about 4 days, which was faster than I expected. No fuss, no drama.

Reliable for accessories

I've bought water filters and descaling solution from Saeco's site a few times now. They're always consistent. The parts are genuine, and I never have to worry about them not fitting. This time I picked up some brew group grease too. It's nice to just go straight to the source and know what I'm getting. Delivery is usually pretty quick, this one took 5 days to reach me in California.

Good machine, delivery could improve

I got the Saeco Royal for my office. The machine itself is fantastic, makes great coffee, and seems really durable for high usage. Ordering was easy enough, but the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, about 8 days. The packaging was secure, no issues there. I had a quick question about the warranty, and customer service answered it pretty fast. My only minor gripe is the shipping speed; it could be a little quicker, especially for a larger item. Still, happy with the purchase overall.

Detailed GranAroma review

I recently purchased the GranAroma Deluxe machine. The ordering process was straightforward on the website; I found what I needed quickly. Shipping took about a week to my address in Ohio, and the machine arrived well-packaged without any damage. Setup was fairly intuitive, though I did consult the online manual for a couple of specific functions. The machine itself produces excellent coffee, and I appreciate the variety of options. I also bought a milk frother separately, and it integrates seamlessly. Customer support, when I had a question about water hardness settings, was responsive and helpful via email. The build quality feels solid, and the touch screen is easy to use. Overall, a positive experience from start to finish.

Good deal on a Xelsis

I was watching for a good price on the Xelsis and finally snagged one during a holiday promotion. Got $150 off, which felt pretty substantial. The free shipping helped too. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth for such a high-end machine.

My GranAroma is amazing!

Just got my GranAroma and I'm obsessed! The coffee it makes is incredible. The whole process from ordering to setup was super smooth. I can't believe I waited this long to upgrade. My kitchen counter looks so much better now. I'm telling everyone about this machine!

If I get one of the machines from Saeco.com and it's not right for me, how hard is it to return? Like, any weird fees or anything?

D Donna G. 4 weeks ago
I returned a milk frother once, no issues. Just follow their instructions online.

My friend returned a machine because he wanted a different model. I think you just have to make sure it's in good shape and in the original packaging. They didn't hit him with any fees that he mentioned, but always good to double check their policy.

quick question for anyone who's bought from Saeco directly... how's the shipping usually? I live in Seattle, wondering if it'll take forever to get here.

J James Carter 3 weeks ago
Mine came pretty fast, I think it was like 5-7 days for me in Cali, and that was with free shipping.

Yeah, I've ordered accessories a couple times. Usually pretty standard ground shipping, a week tops to the West Coast from what I remember.

Does Saeco ever do sales on their machines? Trying to decide if I should wait for a better deal or just jump on it now. Looking at a GranAroma.

Oh for sure! They usually have stuff around Black Friday or Christmas. I got my Lirika during a holiday promo for like $150 off.

Yeah, sign up for their newsletter. I think they give you a small discount just for that, and they'll email you when bigger sales happen, like during Mother's Day or something.

Hey, thinking of getting a Saeco but also looking at Gaggia. What's the main difference people notice? Is one 'better' than the other for home use?

R Rachel Mitchell 3 weeks ago
Saeco is generally more about the super-automatic convenience, like true bean-to-cup with a lot of customization. Gaggia has some super-autos but also a lot of really popular manual machines for people who wanna tinker more.

I used to have a Gaggia Classic, which was awesome but a lot of work. Switched to a Saeco GranAroma for the ease of it, and I don't regret it. Depends if you want a hobby or just good coffee fast.

Thinking of getting a Saeco Xelsis but worried about the price tag. Are these machines actually worth it? Like, do they last a long time?

L Linda Gomez 3 weeks ago
I've had my PicoBaristo for like 5 years now, still going strong. Just gotta keep up with the descaling and cleaning.

Honestly, yeah. My friend has a Jura and it's good, but my Xelsis feels more intuitive and the coffee is just as good, if not better. They're built solid if you take care of 'em. Definitely an investment though.
